During Business Hours:

You can reach Oak Street Medical during our business hours which are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, with the exception of Thursdays when we are closed from 11:30-1:00.  During business hours you can reach us by phone @ (541) 683-1577. 

After Hours Care:

Oak Street Medical has an automated transfer service to the physician on-call: Internal Medicine call (541) 431-0000 and for Allergy call (541) 683-1577.
